SHIPPING FEES

We ship to our customers using the United States Postal Service (USPS). The cost of shipping our clothing is a flat fee of $9.00 per piece. For example, if you order two articles of clothing from us, the total shipping cost will be $18.00 (two pieces x $9.00 per piece).

All clothing will be shipped within 7 days of ordering. Your credit card will be pre-authorized to insure the funds are available, and will not be charged until the clothing is shipped to you. You will be informed of any potential order delays.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us. You will have up to 7 days to return any product purchased to be considered for a full refund (refunds will not include any shipping fees). All returned products must be approved for return. Please email us at drkclothing1@gmail.com for Return Authorization code. Please include the date of purchase, your order number and your reason for return. Any items returned without a prior Return Authorization number will not be refunded. All items must be returned in like new condition, un-worn and in their original packaging to be considered for a refund. Items returned that have been worn or are in a used condition will not be refunded and cannot be returned to the customer.

LIKE NEW CONDITION

Occasionally, we may sell returned items that were returned in new condition. These items will be marked “like new”, and typically may be sold at a discount.
